🤨 Have You Hit a Wall in Your Pickleball Skill Level?
Maybe the Answer is To Hit a Wall!

GREAT WALL DRILLS TO IMPROVE YOUR GAME

I often include wall drills with my classes when we are inside. Unfortunately, most outdoor courts do not have hard walls for drilling.

Remember: Wall drills give you more repetitions, more contacts, and more control!

HERE IS THE CHECKLIST OF DRILLS FROM THE VIDEO:
Forehand and Backhand dinks
Forehand and Backhand volleys
Moving dinks and volleys – both directions.
Drive, reset on both forehand and backhand sides.
Alternating forehand and backhand dinks and volleys.
Drive, reset to yourself, then contact. Two touch drills on forehand.
Drive, reset to yourself, then contact. Two touch drills on backhand.
Back up. Hit forehand drives – focus on footwork.
Back up. Hit backhand drives, both one handed and two handed.
Alternate forehand, then backhand drives.Drive, then reset on both sides.

NOTE: This is for serious players who are motivated to improve. This is a lot of work, and footwork, and conditioning. Yet, beginners can definitely benefit from these drills and they will help you improve faster.

Note: There are some workout and conditioning drills attached to one of the links. Do what you can do, but do not worry if you cannot execute all the footwork and movement, balance, coordination drills demonstrated. Adapt the exercises to your own physical abilities.

Remember: When it’s raining, or windy, or too hot, you can still work on your game! Sometimes your peeps do not want to drill. You can do it on your own with these wall drills!
